With that said, those songs aren’t even my favorite from Speakerboxxx and The Love Below

Looking back on it, that album was used as the template for the next album.


I’ll listen to that Slimm Calhoun album over Stankonia.

The wildest thing about OutKast is that Speakerboxx/Love Below went Diamond and won Album of the Year at the Grammys and is widely viewed as their worst album.

OutKast became too eclectic…


Ironically I’ll listen to the The Love Below over Speakerboxx.

I still hear traces of Dre later in all these albums. Album aged well


Speakerboxx aged like crap though.


A real Big Boi solo should have came out in 99/00.
