I've seen artists spend months, even as long as a year working on projects only for em to get canceled either by budget cuts, company shut downs, or executives simply "moving in another direction".
You speak as if it's some simple notion of just rollin outta bed and onto a sound stage. You have no concept of just how difficult it is to actually create, finance, promote, and distribute an actual film. And I'm not talkin about some random Youtube production anyone wit a copy of Adobe Premiere can make. shyt is no joke.
And breh, people can voice their grievances about things without it having to turn into something extreme. Well in he isn't wrong. They wrote a script for it 2010 which was completed in 2011 and they're currently figuring out when each new character will be introduced into the universe, so it indeed is probably being developed. Whether it's actually greenlit is another thing.
