Recently started a new program instead of just doing what I felt like when I felt like it,and I even started tracking my workouts. My bench OHP,and dl continue to rise every week but lately my squat, barbell curl and a few other lifts been stuck:francis:
This happen to y'all? How do y'all deal with it?:francis:
More protein? Stricter form? Shorter rests?

How long have u been going... how long were u making gains... how long have u been stalled

Whats ur progression scheme... etc etc whats ur strategy
about 2 months... Been stuck for the last 3,I don't like to increase weight until I feel I can dominate it with good form...
Usually 5 pounds every week or every other week.

Gotta get that rest breh, shyt is important:ufdup:

What are your lifting numbers and what have they stalled at?
Long term goals are 1/2/3/4
BB curl been at 70 lbs for a while now
and squat been at 125
and pullups and chinups I can only do around 6 with strict form which feels a lil weird since I can still do at least 5 sets before I get burnt out

You try doing drop sets or changing the exercises for those muscle groups?

Just doing the same thing over and over your body adjusts to it. You gotta throw it off.

And like these guys said, eat, rest, perhaps take some vitamins. Do yo supplement at all?
