Stacey Dash is correct...she had a difficult time articulating why...but she is correct IMO.

Meredith's argument is misleading...when you account for the genders working the same exact jobs, similar credentials, with the same amount of tenure on the job...the differences are generally non existent.

You can't sit there, and have a female teacher compare her salary to a male who's an AeroSpace engineer and say one "only makes 72 cents on the dollar" compared to the other and then call that "sexism."

This isn't true at all. Nobody is comparing teachers to engineers. Female teachers make less than male teachers, female engineers make less than male engineers, etc. Those are facts homie. Same education, same experience.

Stacy Dash is a textbook case of someone advocating for policies that directly harm her. She's getting clowned on twitter right now by women of all ages and colors. Her arguments aren't meant to appeal to women, they're meant to appeal to white conservative men. Just as Ben Carson's ignorant comments on race aren't meant to appeal to blacks, they're meant to appeal to white conservative men. They exist to essentially pat racists and sexists on the back and say "see, if I believe this too then you aren't racist/sexist."
