I also love the Cards, but moreso the team than the organization.

I've routinely expressed my displeasure over our lack of black players. I grew up with Ron Gant, Lankford, etc. ...

The Cardinals probably have the worst minority rate in the majors. (Outside of Hispanic players)

I'm an Astros fan, so I came to hate the Cards through that late 90s rivalry we had ... but man, that outfield of Lankford, Gant and Brian Jordan
