Goku wasn't even an earth based entity by the time he reached SSJ 3 not to mention that his beam attacks could destroy on a cellular level (Cell and Buu). I don't know where he stands in terms of physical strength though, probably in the 100 tonne range and he's definitely fast enough to keep up with most Marvel characters in that respect.

Thanos,Silver Surfer,and Phoenix would dust any body in DBZ lol Phoenix has the power to wipe out entire Solar Systems plus she is psychic. Thanos destroyed the universe before with the power of the infinity gauntlet, even without it he was sonning the Marvel Universe. Most of the cosmic characters could make Goku's powers null and void but people like Hulk,Ironman,Doom,Mephisto (outside of his realm), the entire X-Men roster, O-Mega level mutants,ect ect, would be destroyed easily.
