If you want to strengthen your core without further damaging your back, you will want to stay away from squats and deadlifts.I'm trying to avoid that shyt, I dunno what to do.

But we talking about barbell, 3 times per week at most. When I get back to doing full body 3 times per week I wanna try that tbh.
But make sure your back is all good before you start squatting. And make your form is as perfect as it can be. The only way you can hurt yourself on squats honestly if you are using way too much weight or you are using bad form.

squats have an exception kinda...the key is to do diffrent types of squat variations and intensity . i do a set of squats daily(on non leg days) and ive never had any problems.You do know how muscles grow right ?
