Spurs threw the game (isn't the 1st time), so that Gregg could say what he said. And it's only because the guy that replaced Blatt has brown skin. This caping by Gregg was non-existent when Mark Jackson was fired. To give equal time here, Cavs most likely threw the GSW's game, so that they could fire Blatt, who they instantly knew wasn't qualified to coach a championship team. Blatt did himself no favors when he confirmed that assumption with inept coaching. I don't think I've ever seen a coach display so much ineptitude publicly. From being visibly pushed around, to calling time outs that he didn't have.
That would be the most shameful doing of any team if true. If you're gonna get blown out like that on purpose don't do it in front of your fans

It makes Blatt look more incompetent because they don't lose at home, so to get 40-pieced there, it's a good excuse.

The Blatt firing set them back.....no shot of a title this year. If in fact Tyrone Lue is gonna be that guy.....he is going to need a full training camp, the players have to be in shape (which he said they aren't in shape to play the kind of ball he wants them too)......

Warriors or Spurs are too strong......Its basically a two team race to see who wins the title.

Cavs need to trade Irving while he has value and before he gets injured again . They can get more in return.

Love is tougher because of that stupid contract. They not winning with both on this team though

Irvings contract and his injury history make his contract more unmovable IMO. Love could be a vital part of a team that can mask his defensive deficiencies.

The nba and nfl are two different planets from each other. The nfl is always unpredictable where as the nba, after awhile you can almost see what's coming so the nfl Tom Brady comparison isn't valid. By playoffs times, everybody knew the cavs and Warriors had major potential to meet each other in the finals. Just like we all know lebron would be back to the finals and most likely will again. Unless something major happens, the Warriors have a high chance of returning to the finals to beat the cavs yet again. If not then then the Spurs and you can bookmark this post on that.

Fair enough, NFL to NBA is a stretch. But I wasn't talking about playoff time last year, I was talking about this time last year as in January. VERY few had Warriors vs Cavs last January, is the point im trying to make. NBA is definitely more predictable but its still sooo early on in the season
