LeBron has a slim chance of winning the title going to LA.... people act like the Warriors or the Rockets are going away or something.

after this year, GSW has to figure things out.

Rockets have a lot to secure before you can say they will be as good this year as they were last. First gotta try to hold on to CP3. then have to try to keep Ariza and Mbah a Moute or find replacements. The hardest thing for them may be retaining Capela. Some team is going to force their hand. If they come out winners on all of those deals, then they wont have any cap flex moving forward. CP3 is a hard pill to swallow.

Figure what out? They only struggled against the Rockets, they will make quick work of the Lakers if Magic and Pelinka don't get it together and somehow secure Kawhi and an extra all-star.

Rockets if they retain everyone will be better than the Lakers as well. Not to mention the legion of good ass West teams that come at you year after year. Teams like the Wolves and Pelicans seem like non-factors today but a player or two stepping their game up and homecourt can change that, the Lakers making the finals is not a foregone conclusion whatsoever

Olden Polynice did report early this morning that his sources said all signs were of PG13 staying in OKC. I took it with a grain of salt but maybe some truth to it.

Paul George is making a terrible decision staying in OKC.

He must really need that extra 50 mill

I do not understand WHY it is a terrible decision. If it's the case of winning championships, PG was not going to win shyt playing with LeBron no how. Not with Golden State in the way, and a highly competitive conference. Why not get PAID? It's the same reason why Melo staying, to get PAID. Golden State and the Rockets aren't going anyway. And player with LeBron NEVER benefited anyone. It is intelligent to stay put and make money. He likes playing with Westbrook, he enjoys the slow lifestyle there. And he been hinting all last season that people are overblowing the whole LA shyt.

There is not intelligent reason why going to LA is a better decision. He's chances will be just the same as there are in OKC. Westbrook is from LA himself and decided to stay to get his paper. This is just proof that LA itself is overrated and overhyped.

I said AFTER this year. Meaning they have contracts they have to consider. :comeon:

you sound like you hate the Lakers or something. you mention how good GSW and the Warriors are then in the same breath mention a mediocre team like the Wolves who aint gone do shyt and were one game away from being home watching the playoffs yet everyone seems to act like they won a chip or something. Pels is fools fukkin gold too. Had a good run but Boogie was a big part of them clicking at the end of the year and they had started to figure it out. Guarantee they struggle next season.

Lakers are a two-year project. They dont have to get all their stars this year. Their timeline lines up with the loosening of GSW stronghold.
