The problem is that is going to involve giving the spurs 3 good young players and 2 high lottery picks in some upcoming drafts...and the spurs whole shtick is we get the most out of players...
You have to remember Kawhi wasn't even a lottery pick...so it's not like anybody in the league ever thought he would be this good...and i am someone who doesn't think he would have been this good somewhere else...since somewhere else he isn't getting coached by the GOAT coach and the GOAT shooting coach and the GOAT player development coach like he did for 5 years with the spurs...
Everybody talking about the lakers super team but you give the spurs coaching staff some upper lottery talent for a few years they going to be a problem down the line...i wouldn't want to be on the hook for that

Orlando would be bad enough in the next few years that the spurs should feel confident their pick is going to be pretty high...
So the spurs would get hart, kuzma, ingram, miami uprotected 2021 pick and an unprotected orlando pick...got to be within the next two years...and it HAS to be unprotected...
If the lakers offer that the spurs would be dumb not to take it...they won't get anything close to that from anyone else and I am not sure it would be possible...you get 2 lottery picks, an actual lottery pick from the lakers in ingram, the guy you wanted to draft last year in kuzma, and a projected rotation guy in hart...
