Favors is not nearly the lob threat like DeAndre would be for Doncic and Smith in Carlisle's system and DJ is one of the most durable players in the league. One of the knock on Favors is health

It's no secret that I think Fultz will still be a great player, based on what Colangelo's burner account told us also the Sixers are completely mishandling him, and Brett Brown is intentionally sabotaging him to keep his job in tact. I guess, but Carlisle can't rely on Dirk anymore, who's stretching the floor at the 4 for them? Will he stick with the same system forever? At least Favors is more versatile, he has a midrange and can shoot the corner 3, plus he played more games than DJ last season
