he's been at least a great D coordinator
chiefs D before him: bottom 3 in the league, D after him: top 10ish
Plenty of great D coordinators have been awful head coaches.

okay, but also...the browns had their best year record-wise since 94 under crennel.
thats if you want to look into past achievements as contributing factors...
because if you don't, how can shanahan be over crennel considering last season?

I'm a Chargers fan brehs.
I'm a Chargers fan as well but the majority of Chargers fans are idiots. Norv could have been 32 and I still would have felt he was rated too high.
