I'm a Gen Xer and never seen one episode of "SpongeBob".. shyt looked corny and I didn't like how the characters were drawn.. If you grew up in the 80's/90's, your really not checking for a cartoon like that.. I'd rather watch the "Smurfs".

While I was working in IT, I met this tall sister who was hooked on SpongeBob for some reason, and she had her entire bathroom decorated with SpongeBob items. So I checked the cartoon out one day, and found myself watching it every now and then, just to get my mind off that wicked IT environment I was working in.
