He's been talking about the positives of AEW on twitter & interviews more recently than the positives of WWE. Hell, most of the people he said he'd be interested in working with are their younger midcard talent that are under 30



The other thing with WWE and Punk is he's been outspoken about wrestlers not getting any sort of royalties from Peacock

Older Punk would be perfect in a Foley role. Just having great promos, feuds and elevating people. Considering WWE is a lost cause when it comes to creating stars, Punk landing in AEW could be a pretty big deal just off the strength of who he could elevate...IF he was truly motivated.

Punk is still on a God tier on the mic, nothing even close and a big draw. Bryan is huge but Punk is a massive draw. Man, if both join, what a couple that would be.

And I'm one that's not even into the whole sign ex WWE stars and legends, fully opposed to the Christian, Sting and Matt Hardy deals yet they've all been handled well.

As far as Punk and Cabana goes, I'm sure they'll settle it like professionals

CM Punk tweeted several times Monday about the recently settled lawsuit filed by Colt Cabana, calling his former best friend "greedy" and saying Cabana tried to extort him.

"Why'd he ask to settle then? I wanted it to go to trial! Play stupid games, win stupid prizes! Enjoy donating to the eventual 'woe is me' go fund me account," Punk tweeted in response to a Twitter user.

Punk continued:
