visually he doesn't resemble what you expect bruce wayne to look like but once he's in the suit he nails it. his swag and intensity was off the charts and he didn't need a voice modulator to sound tough.

of all the live action batmans no one had more screen presence while IN the suit.

Pretty much. Keaton is the only one who really sold the fact that Batman is a vigilante coping with serious PTSD and extends that to the part of Bruce Wayne in a way where he is visibly uncomfortable and unsettling in his guise of a rich playboy. Soe say he might have overdone it but again, he's the one who legit reminded you that there's nothing sane about putting on a Bat costume and punch street criminals in the face.

Side-note: Kilmer is kinda underrated but frankly like Bale he mostly got off because they are good actors, not necessarily because they understood the part (or the psychology behind it), although Kilmer did so more than Bale.

I saw the Batman Keaton movies when I was a kid. Maybe that's the reason why I love those versions better. Also, I think Joker villian in the Keaton movie was better than the most recent one. Danny Devito playing Penguin was on point too. So, was Catwoman. The Halle Berry version of Catwoman was horrible. Bale had no chance due to the villians out acting him. I don't remember the Kilmer movie but I don't ever remember watching a bad Kilmer movie. Clooney was horrible.

The whole premise of the BvS is stupid. Affleck isn't that great of an actor but I did enjoy his work on The Town and Boiler Room

The 8-4 and fiery moats
Keaton had the totured, brooding look and mood down, but that shouldn't have been present the entire time he was Bruce.

I don't know what Bruce Wayne you guys are basing him off of, but Bruce was cocky, out going and a play boy to make him being Batman as less obvious as he could. Keaton looked uncomfortable at times when he was in crowds. Bruce wasn't like that. What Keaton portrayed was perfect for Bruce when he was alone or around others that knew his secret. He could be himself. Keaton was that way around every body. Dude was awkward when he shouldn't have been :pachaha:

Exactly. Bruce was a cocky, arrogant, good 2 shoes or a$$hole to hide the fact that he was brooding, intelligent, and boderline psychotic.

No one remembers when Bruce was coming at Lois Lane in the cartoon? And he KNEW who Clark was but didn't give a fukk

I think Bale played Bruce Wayne better but Aflecks Wayne was similar. In public he was smug, playboy, alcoholic but he cared about his family, his friends, his city, etc. but dude was boderline insane. That's why Alfred gave him the "Good men become cruel.." Speech amongst other things that suggest dude was off right then.

Plus his Batman was intelligent and basically a damn ninja

Ben was nowhere near Bale, and there was no difference from him being bruce wayne or batman.
