New Age Outlaws were only a top tag team for like a year (1998). They quickly became overshadowed by the Hardyz, Dudleyz, and E&C. New Day has been popping for years and have a WWE championship to their name.

Legion of Doom were misused in WWF. But still the greatest tag team in history. I watched late 80s and tag team in WWF will not topped. Still can't rule out Freebirds, RnR Express, US Express, Bushwackers (prior the WWF), Midnight Express, Hollywood Blondes, Steiner Bros, Harlem Heat, etc.
