nah, it is genetic I can go a year with eating clean while one of my Ectomorph friends can eat pizza chips etc all the time nikka will still have similar build but if i was to eat like shyt and workout i will still be :flabbynsick:

If you fatties stayed away from people and didn't try to convince everyone that it's okay to lower societal standard for physical fitness then I probably wouldn't have so much of a problem with you. :bryan: nikka i measure everything, i know my limits and know my body limits it's not crap my metabolism will do a complete 360 if i eat certain foods and workout; where as others can eat shytty foods and workout. I understand how some people struggle, it all comes down to what they eat.
