Well there are a lot of things that are natural that could be wrong or outright harmful. For example, suppose I was considering candidates for an important job vacancy. It would be wrong to give the position to a less than qualified family member over an unrelated yet qualified person. Naturally, we have a tendency to favor people closer to us genetically, but that isn't a good justification for discrimination against the more qualified individual.
