its amazing that pc's still havent took over tha gaming market, i think people want ease of use, thats why video game systems win, u can lug them around anywhere (friends house etc) and set them up easily


PC's are better for one person, who wants to play online etc...


but if u r playing real live people then thats tha only way i think gaming systems are beneficial...

I said $300 because ssiv is not that demanding. A $400 can play anything. You sound like a casual gamer anyway. I would recommend a ps3 if your heart is set on a console

i am trying to buy one on craigslist (no court)

is it a better idea to get a ps3 then? so i won't have to worry about getting a red ring of death etc...

pros: free online play, better graphics, certain games exclusive to ps3 only (MLB baseball)

cons: more expensive, controller d-pad is garbage for fighting games cuz its not connected together



x-box ($70 on craigslist)

pros: cheaper than ps3, better controller d-pad

cons: $50 a year for online play (live)
