The white strap on the IC title makes the belt look like it weighs 10 ounces. Title looks like a paper plate.

It’s definitely the point. Something bright and gaudy that the little kids will think looks amazing but anyone over the age of 12 will realize looks awful.

I think it fit Edge, Jeff Hardy, The Miz, and heel Batista well, but yeah everybody else looked out of place with it.
