I'm pretty bulky right now and trying to lean out. I've been on pretty much every spectrum as far build goes from a lean 191lbs and 11% body fat to a fat slob @ 270lbs to where I am today which is muscular/flat stomach at 230lbs. From my experience being lean gets you noticed more at the beach while the way I'm built now is better with clothes on.

I am 6'1" also.
