Kaitlyn would be Bret Hart compared to Dana. Dana isn't even on NXT Kaitlyn's level, much less the improved version from her last tenure

Idk breh, maybe my memory is fuzzy. All i remember was a passable spear by Katie. She left before she truly got it. I feel like the majority of women on both shows exceed her ability outside of Dana and Mella. Maybe im wrong

She'd be one of the lesser women, but that's because as of right now on the main roster, Dana is the only one that's downright bad. Alexa is serviceable depending on who she's facing, as is Carmella, Tamina, and Nia Jax. The other women on the roster Nattie, Charlotte, Naomi, Becky, Emma, Sasha, Alicia Fox, Mickie James, and eventually Paige. All of them can go. Kaitlyn wouldn't be out of place working with any of them.

She's probably the best seller on the roster and she has more pop and impact on her moves then any woman on the roster not named Asuka. Her moves look like they actually hurt unlike Alexa or Dana, who look like they're play-fighting

Alexa is basically what AJ would be if AJ was conventionally attractive (Not saying she isn't, but you know how Vince operates and what he likes), in a sense that she can bump and work a stick but has obvious limitations in the ring due to her size.

Katilyn imo is somebody they could use right now though. They're thin on Babyfaces that could physically LOOK the part in going heads up against Nia, or heels (if she can work it) that could make Charlotte take pause.

Charlotte nearly botches her moonsault nearly every time she does it. Sasha nearly injures herself in every match. Nia has at one time or another almost planted Sasha and Charlotte straight on their heads, and just recently messed up Bayley's shoulder. I'll give you Nattie and Naomi
