Year to year it seems as though Marvin has a built in excuse. AJ2 was cold until the 2nd half but fukk. I feel like we should have won at least one playoff game with Marv. The first against the Jets when Carson was here. Chargers. Texans against goddamn TJ Yates. I mean fukk. I know we support black excellence, but Hue Jackson need not go to San Fran. We already let Zimmer go and make some franchise happy. Even fukking Gruden made it to the offs leading a shyt show of a franchise. Both have a decent chance to win tomorrow.

We have got to keep our own this time. Hue isn't perfect. He can be reactionary at times and spits some dumb coach speak. But he has that fire that nikkas like Pac and Burfict respect. Zimmer would have led us to the promised land I swear.

But I feel we should have won at least 3 of the seven. Not a superstitious nikka but....hard not to feel a type of way

It's hard to say. AJ McCarron today might have been the best QB'd game Marvin's gotten in the playoffs. Dalton has been BAD the last four years.

The first playoff game Carson got injured on the first play then shytna was the QB. Carson was trash in the second playoff game.

I don't know what the answer is when your QBs annually shyt the bed. :manny:

Also, if Jeremy Hill hangs onto the ball, this thread isn't made.

Personally, I think he's a really good coach, but it might be best for everyone to part ways. I'd take him on Detroit's sidelines.

Why, because it's their turn or something? lol

They lost, yo.
If it'll put a Band-Aid on the bullet hole for Marvin to leave, then okay.
...but it's only gonna get rougher.

I mean, who's to say Hue wants to stay and command that mess?

What's the alternative? New system and a complete overhaul of a double digit win roster??

If you're getting to the playoffs regularly, you don't have to do a "complete overhaul"; you just have to fix the chit that doesn't work.

The chit that doesn't work for the Bengals is:

- starting QB is always hurt
- defensive lapses at crucial moments

this is the first time dalton has ever gotten hurt from what i remember. :what:

the penalty against pacman was weak and that fumble by hill was even worse. you can't fumble there trying to make a play like he was. all he had to do was hold it with both hands and make sure it wasn't stripped, he didn't. that was pathetic.

I think Dalton stinks and I was never impressed with AJ.

I think the team is really close with the defense and the wr/te core.

The qb is the weak link.

I think replacing Marvin is a lateral move at best. If Marvin gets fired then I wanna see Jeff shytty Fisher get fired too.

This. You bring in some new coach and the team regresses like the 49ers then what?

Youd think the Bengals were perennial contenders/winners before lewis got there with the way people are overreacting :heh:

And this. Dude took the laughing stock of the NFL and made them a double digit win playoff caliber team. People have short memories and undervalue achievements when it comes to things like this.
