:manny: harsh realities

When you asked me to name the actual names I felt you may be trying to provoke me into an aggressive space. Since I decided to bring actual negative energy into the thread by @'n folks I felt I had to cover all my bases so I don't get caught slipping...

I need to meditate on this

Oh ok. Did you have any interaction with Big Mike, if so what? Also, when did you first hear Scarface being refered to as King Of The South?

There could be some, but the strong majority are just :wrist: dudes latching on to a rapper and dreaming about how they know these artists personally and are in the team.

Ok.

The king of the south thing has me perplexed. Back in around '92 I was in Dallas and I remember the term being used for Face. This was around the time his second album dropped, which was like a holiday. I always felt it was disrespectful that TI took it because I thought it was understood that the title was reserved for Face. Even Mystikal on his first single from his first album called his self the black prince of the south which I always assumed was because he knew that face was the King. Over the years though it seems that The King of the South thing wasn't as widely known as I had originally thought it was. Especially if you're saying in Houston people weren't even saying it. Now I'm starting to think it was just some ish someone in my high school started or something like that. :manny:

One more question. Back in the day someone I went to school with said his cousin used to hang with Face and Face used to keep his weed in a barrel. Is that true or false?
