ehh comparing DBZ with anything is a bad idea imo. Anyone at supersaiyan or above has more than enough power to blowup a planet with ball of energy (Hell Piccolo blew up the moon at around 1000). With DBZ the rules are just too different.

Z fighters against comic heroes shouldnt even be allowed. The differences in strength is crazy. Broly throws Hulk in the bushes.......on Namek. Fight takes place on Earth

It's just the wrong people being compared. There's many anime/manga and comics out there that easily outclasses Dragonball.

Old ass Roshi in DB blew up the moon with a power level of about 500, Broly is in the millions.
Hate how these things are never unanimous. I vote Broly though if it's a regular Hulk.

Didn't Broly blow up a galaxy or some shyt in one of the movies? 
Broly fights using controlled rage and+ the ability to fly and destroy planets is to much for the hulk. The hulk has nohand to hand combat ability all he does is throw large chunks of rocks and punches. It doesnt matter if hulk regenerates if he is floating alone in space after broly blows it up
