I was interested in this game till they delayed the inclusion of these modes. Then 2k19 was actually a good game that has some of the best matches I've seen in a game. I may still grab it down the line.

I love it people are realizing this whole game was an product of the vocal very niche minorety. Now that it got enough eyes on it, it’s being exposed for the overrated pro wrestling simulator that’s its always been. A few years ago no one was saying it was an acquired taste or any of that they all kept saying how much better than the 2k games it was. And to be honest it’s not even close. The graphics look so bad you can’t really get the feel of having a Kenny omega vs cm punk match. They just look like a slightly modified version of everyone else.

You may enjoy promoter mode cause wwe doesn’t offer that. But the gameplay isn’t 2k19. It’s missing all the flashy ness that makes you feel like an actual wrestler.

The WWE 2k games are pretty much Street Fighter with WWE characters. Firepro, for being 2D has much more depth than those games.

WWE 2k has beautiful graphics but all the shyt they show during a match makes the game look like mech warrior. 0 mystique, in a game based around a "sport" that relies mostly on mystique.

It's not impossible to like both. This post just feels like sour grapes because not everyone loves the WWE 2K games. They're not everyone's cup of tea like Fire Pro isnt. Both series outshine each other in different ways

I don’t love the 2k games. I just think they are better than this. I played the old aki games. shyt I played the og FirePro when it had starman and all that. That shyt was dope..........in the 90’s. The game hasn’t evolved enough over the years to me. And even if I was a fan of it. I wouldn’t be acting like it’s not an acquired taste.

My point was when I would here people talk about this series I always scratched my head like how is this old as game still fun and nobody is talking about it out side a few threads on the internet. And with this release I see why no one talks about it.

Y'all would be better off treating fire pro as a legit wrestling simulator. You make the wrestler and tell them exactly how to work a match. I don't see what's so hard to grasp and the game has CHANGED ALOT,so that's just babbling.
