:whoo:Bruh, I only buy those 2kWWE games for my CAWS and you talking some next level stuff. I'd give them a blank check for what you pitching :whew:

I remember when FPR was released in NA. The first and only time I had an on-going CPU vs CPU setup, never became boring because every match was so different. it's also very realistic, you cannot hit big moves in the beginning, minor/mid/major moves allow for a match to flow naturally.

You decide that Goldberg hits his spear and immediately goes for the jackhammer 99% of the time, or you could alter his logic to go for a pin say, 25% of the time following a spear. It's all up to you. Think about how fun Human v CPU matches can be when you know that even though Hoegan could be your highest ovr wrestler but instead of him reversing everything, the match follows closely to his prime, you're putting the beats on him until you hit a 2.9 of of 3 counts (there literally is a 2.9, shyts epic) and then he goes Super Saiyan. It doesn't even feel cheap.

This game makes you mark out if you do it correctly.... and if they add an online sharing system it's over, they already allowed for custom rings and referees (that have their own logic, speed and movement and count). I may cancel my wedding this year. :snoop: This feels like I'm 19 again.

I gotta get FPW then because that's my thing I like to fill up my CAW roster with different wrestling styles. I often have the CPU play as my wrestlers to see how they mesh and every now and then they hit a move that doesn't fit their character based on their weight class. It's even worse for my female CAWS, I made one who is supposed to be a monster heel, got all the giant moves, but because she's technically a cruiserweight as women can't be listed as heavyweight she can do this head scissor reversal and it looks unreal in a bad way.

I've been wanting to upload some of my CAW pictures to the WWE2k17 thread, but it looks like most people prefer to make Caws of wrestlers from other promotions or deceased legends.

That's a great teaser.

Everyone who knows these games know that grapple animation. Even the ref is moving like he does in those games, they didn't need to show anything more for you to know what it implied. Only took 10 seconds, I appreciate the brevity and simplicity.

They need to stop fukking around and make another King of Colosseum.
KOC2 was crack :wow:

I got my ps2 modded back in like 07 just to play it.

The pace of the matches and the amount moves in that game had me like :wow02: It was just too much but exactly what a wrestling game should be

I remember being disappointed af when the last Fire Pro game ended being nothing more than just a crappy arcade game for the 360.

How the fukk do u brehs know about FPR? i use to go on the fireproclub when it was around to download ps2 saves lol
Years back I researched wrestling games for the PS2 besides the WWE ones and different forums were already saying how great Fire Pro was. I went and got FPR and eventually got used to it.

I was amazed at the depth, the simulation aspect was crazy. I was already a wrestling sim fan of No Mercy, Revenge and SVR 2006 contrast to the more over the top craziness of other games which was fun but could get old quick. I enjoyed how in No Mercy you could generally have good wrestling matches against the computer and they really felt hard fought.

Fire Pro Wrestling Returns gave me that same kind of feeling, the matches could go on long and it really felt like you had to work to get the win. The roster of wrestlers from different companies and eras was icing on the cake. I'm also a death match wrestling fan so being able to select match types with barbwire boards and florescent light tubes kind of blew my mind. I like MMA too and low and behold there's a match type for that too, it was crazy.

Didn't know thecoli was hip to Fire Pro :obama: FPR made me put down SvR for a long ass time. I'd still play WWE but then go back. Shoot half the time I would watch CPU vs CPU. The matches were that good and when you actually play good luck trying to spam certain moves :ufdup:The tournaments :blessed:

If this game can go online it's a wrap

Fire Pro Wrestling: TSC Edition may be the most lit experience of the year if we're right about this speculation.

Grabbing those FPR saves from fire Pro club in the day. I thought I was the only one too. Did anyone mention how you could basically kill your opponent with "criticals"?

I've never even heard of Fire Pro Wrestling before, but 2k16 was :trash: status so I'm genuinely excited for this game off of the reactions. Can someone please link me to a playthrough or something so I can see what it's about?
