The movie is a conversation or commentary on the issue. Or at least it's supposed to be.

You have to talk about a problem in order to seek solutions. And you have to talk about ALL causes of the problem. Not just the ones you want to talk about.

Now they are talking all this nonsense about black on black crime needs to be addressed. Spike Lee had plenty of time to talk about black on black crime.

This is why the youths will never have faith in the older generation, they won't give any guidance and the minute we find our own answers they want to criticize instead of help.
