Man I wanted that show to be brought back so bad I even bought the dvd for both seasons. I NEVER a buy DVDs. I think it's the only one I've ever bought. I thought we had a chance.

Fukk that breh, those 2 seasons did take the crown but it would've been undisputed had it kept going. That Marvel acquisition by Disney still hurts my heart lol. Disney put the kibosh on it and we get Ultimate Spider-Man:mustbejoking:

shyt Disney even canceled the goat Avengers cartoon EMH and gave us avengers assemble

Though I heard avengers assemble got a whole lot better, might have to go check it out

The Morbius storyline was my favorite even tho they had to water the shyt down for kids

I still have fond memories of the show, but it didn't age well at all

I loved X-Men and Batman so I was excited for Spider-Man, but I could never get into it. The stories, animation and voice acting were pretty bad, IMO. It was way too corny and there weren't enough self-contained episodes.

I don't know what it is, but I was never a huge fab of this show, and I feel like I should have been. For instance, I really liked the cameos with so many different characters being a part of the show at any given point, but the show itself was incredibly corny to me. The animation was wack and the dialogue was cheesy compared to X-men and especially Batman TAS. The fact that this article mentions TAS and says that Spiderman held its own in comparison is laughable to me. It could be the limitations @MartyMcFly mentioned, but it didn't spate itself much from the ironmans and f4 shows imo.
