I didn’t mean long compared to to other games I meant long as far as delivering a full gaming experience. I would have been EHHH on it if it were like 7-8 hours like resident evil 3, also no MJ stealth missions.

11-15 hours is perfect for me after platinuming the original already. It’s like how people think putting 23-30 songs on a a album these days is a good thing. Like naw I’m still got at around 12-13 songs.

Especially with demon souls, astrobot, pathless (which i still think looks good), and cyberpunk a couple weeks later. I’m stuffed? :yeshrug:

Yeah. I say it often on this site that I don't get way so many grown ass games acting like they need every game they play to be some 40+ hours long in order to "validate" their purchase or guage their level of fun and interest in the game. I mean, I can only see it if you legit are only planning on playing/buying like 3-5 games a year if you need each one to be RPG lengths. It's more ironic considering that so many gamers these days, often the same ones whining about length, keep whinning about there being no games now and keep harking back to the older gens of games...back when your average game was about 5-8 hours in length and cost 60 bucks anyway. Like, the first 5 Resident Evil games could be beaten in like 3 hours. Some even had in-game achievements for doing so. At average, you were beating them in 8-12. Same with Metal Gear, Super Metroid, SOTN, Megaman games, Mario games, and so many others. Most games back then at best had artificial game extended lengths due to now outdated systems in place as well.

Or they be the ones talking about how they got like 29 games in they backlog. Like uhm.. finish one before complaining about a new game being too short wtf lol

Apparently it's 7-10 hours long

8.5 on average

Just saw this. I haven’t seen anyone complain that it feels short but that’s disappointing for 50 bucks

I’ll see how I feel once I finish because if I get 12 good gameplay hours with a platinum I’m happy I don’t want another long spider man game.

demon souls is like 30 hours alone

Personally I never judge a game by how long it is. The only thing I charge about is if I'm having fun. It doesn't matter how long it is because if the game is fun I'll just keep replaying it over and over.

Yeah, i enjoyed how long the last legacy was. It was just long enough to not get boring or feel formulaic Or something like a plagues tale.

I guess the criticism from xbox crowd is that it’s not a true sequel or thats it’s DLC and I honestly don’t care what you label it as. If this was a sequel it would have gotten shyt for replacing peter.

I think i would have been more turned off if this was a 30+ Hour game again. I probably would have chose between this or demon souls and prob would have went demon souls for the next gen experience.
