Brehs I legit think I know where the Earth 42 stuff is going.

Prowler Miles IS a Vigilante. He's not letting Miles go because he wants him to help take care of the Sinister Six for him because they had something to do with his father's death.
There’s definitely going to be a redemption arc for either Prwoler Miles or Aaron and a self sacrifice to either get him home or team up against Spot
I just watched this in theaters. Great movie, 9/10.

The cliffhanger had me wanting more. Damn, they should have released this movie in November or December, so we don't have to wait almost another year for the next movie.
sjmmer blockbuster season, letting hype die down, and also allowing for digital and dvd sales is the move.

The one thing they should have done, though, was keep the Part 1 and Part 2 names (Across the Spider-Verse Part 1 and Part 2).

Some people in the theater I was in were very confused (and a few upset) at the cliffhanger at the end.

Very good movie, but I don't think I can put it over ITSV because that was a complete body of work while ATSV was very much an unfinished part 1 (even though it's technically the middle of a trilogy). It just made me appreciate how much of a masterpiece that first film was :wow:

The table is set for the 3rd film to raise the bar though, I don't think there's any doubt they're gonna stick the landing.

As much as I loved the ending/Prowler Miles.

After how he handled multiple Spider-Verse people shouldnt that scene last only 2 or 3 mins in the next one?

All the Spider-Verse people going with with Gwen seems anticlimactic if thats something Miles should be able to handle by himself.

UNLESS

The teasing the Sinister Six Cartel comes into play in the 3rd movie.

Again I love The Prowler stuff but its gotta pay off in the next one. Unless they are subverting expectations and The Prowler is more of a vigilante. And Uncle Aaron is his Alfred.

:gucci:THEY OBVIOUSLY NEED
ALL OF THOSE SPIDER PPL
TO GO UP AGAINST SPOT.

SECONDLY HE JUST RAN
FROM THE OTHER SPIDEYS.

YOU ACT LIKE HE WAS
WHOPPING THEIR ASSES.

Yeah the actual meat of the conversation with Aaron-42 could be read a couple of ways.

Jefferson and Miles didn’t seem to mess with each other after some fallout. The fact Aaron-42 came in the house makes me think he and Miles-42 connected over getting revenge.the great responsibility never happed.
