he originally was a soviet immigrant that fled to the us during some revolution. So he would probably need a new backstory if he's not soviet. but since the soviet union no longer exists anyways it probably makes sense to change it regardless. Unless you make him older where he was still around when it existed

Yea it does and honestly it sounds like a diet coke version of movie Kilmonger. I wouldn’t want to go down the rabbit hole of EVERY Panther villian being some Wakandan castaway hell bent on revenge. Thats the formula the Ironman movies suffered from. Some other genius mad at tony stark and making Iron Suit knockoffs to fight him.

im pretty pissed they knocked off klaw before they got a chance to get him to go heads up, because revenge does seem to be a high motivation for panther villians. but i guess they can use moses magnum trying to smuggle vibranuim as a similar storyline

I think once Klaw was robbbed of killing T'Chaka it put the writers in a tough spot.

Took away a personal connection. and he let Zemo make it. I think they found a way to make him very important in the movie, but only because of his death.

I still hope they bring him back as human sound though.
