Spanish People, Can you tell differences in Spanish Accents?

I can tell the Central American and Dominican accents

Quit calling them "Spanish." They're COLONIES of Spain.

the term "spanish" when referring to Latinos is a colloquialism ...no one is calling them Spaniards....its a loose generalization because we all speak Spanish...

as anyone knows Latinos are very proud people and will let you know where they are from....but uneducated non-spanish speakers just lumped up everyone as spanish as a lazy generalization and it just stuck so even though Latinos use this term loosely it is in no way a literal interpretation..

when I was in college I met this girl from Argentina with blue eyes........and when she use to speak spanish to me.........
