Stick of Truth is a top 50 game all time for me. The sequel is not.
Felt like them doubling down on the combat was a Huge L. Combat was never highlight in OG and always meant to be simple, fast, and short. If anything... It needed less combat and more player choice over the plot.
Them making combat more expansive and take more focus was just bad move in hindsight.

Same thing happened with mario rabbids sequel, they ubi’d it up for no reason
If you're aren't grinding for 100 hours with repetitive combat for game that should be 30 hours max... Ubisoft look at you like
Damn i loved the 2nd one, it my first time playing a game with that type of combat so that probably plays a part in it
Did you play stick of truth? I copped the bundle off a sale and was blown away how good it was
yeah i enjoyed that too
