I already checked. I could make less then I do now and still afford to live in Mirimar. I'm paying 1200 mort + 280 x month in condo fees, i think I can rent something decent for under 1500 in the area.

you can rent a decent apartment in west miramar for 1500, no house or sick apartment....but get something you can manage for a good year without employment because there is a drought and you dont want to put yourself in a bad situation....so if 1500 is the limit hold on to that until you can afford to get something nicer if you choose to.

You can rent a fye ass apartment in miramar for less than that

Just buy something, my boy bought a 3/2 townhouse w/ garage in miramar for under 200k. His mortgage is less that 1500 i'm sure. It was built in 2010 or 2011 i think. If you ever leave just rent it out. If you need a realtor hit me.

once u add property taxes which is expensive in west miramar, insurance and hoa its up to 2k+....

My bad, he in Weston (taxes are probably around the same). I doubt he's paying 2k+ a month tho. I forgot what he got it for but i think its around $1.4k - 1.7k a month total.
