Yes and no. They're no different than white folks back there in the States rail against Mexican immigrants. Only difference is they use violence rather than go thru the political system. Immigrants get a shyt ton of assistance to make a life and when they do, they usually price out the stores that have been in neighborhoods for years while the natives can't get 5 rand for shyt.
