Some random thoughts on various selections:
I felt the intro, "Against The Odds" was too repetitive for my tastes, but could see why/how people would love it. It does grab the listeners attention, however.
Really feeling "Ill Treatment." The horns and the drums on that are nasty.
Wasn't really diggin' the key change in "Now" at the midway point. It almost sounded out of key, actually. I ain't mad at the attempt of something different, though.
"Patience" is dope. I love how you flipped the (what seemed to be) 3/4-time-signatured beat into a standard 4/4 effortlessly. Smooth stuff, right here.
"This Feeling" starts out real ill. I'm liking this; reminds me of like a Rae/Ghost jawn. The intro was my favorite part, but the whole track is on point.
"Determination" is a quality track. The organ, guitar and drums all blend well together. Feelin' this.
"Heart Beats" has a dope sample but the drums came in a bit too weak for my liking.
"Crazy"'s intro was really sick, but wasn't too sure about where it went. If it was up to me, which it ain't, I would've stayed with that airy intro and laid drums on that like a French Montana joint. Track's still cool, tho.
"Rags 2 Riches" is a feel-good cut; feeling this. Snare is a bit soft, but, again, this could be by desing. I like this, though. It feels as if Scarface should spit on this.
