LeBron maximizes every possession. He didn't shoot a lot of jumpshots this season. Just over 2 a game. So if he's a poor shooter, which he's not, but if he was, he doesn't shoot that much anyway. When he does take shots, he usually scores. When he's not doing that he's setting up teammates as only few players have shown the ability to do throughout NBA history.

Show me 3 players in history with numbers comparable and I'll show you 3 All Time greats.

So basically you're saying lebron is a guy who can score good, and still get a good number of assist.

Not skilled but just as good as passer as any point guard in the game today. Brings the ball up a lot (not as much in Miami) sets up the offense and most time is one who finishes the offensive play too. Can guard all 5 postiions on the court. Even if u don't think he's a lockdown defender he still can guard and hold his own on ALL 5 postions. No one in history can say that but him. Came into the game labeled as Magic Johnson and turned into a Jordan/Magic hybrid. On pace to be the all time leading scorer and will probably end up with more MVPS than anyone else. Could easily lead the league in assists year in and year out if he truly wanted to. 6 foot nine 260 pounds with a decent (not great) jumper. With all that musle mass he shouldn't even be as good as shooter as he is. And this man is not impressive? Even if he ain't top 10 u know when it's all said and done (minus injury) he gone be there. And even when he loses his athleticism can just go in the post and grab 10 boards and get 8-10 assists a night. Ben Wallace or Chris Anderson are players u say are not skilled, not a man who is really a point guard in a power forwards body that can score as well as any shooting guard or small forward.

The ONLY legit knock on LeBron is his shooting, in particular from the line. But he definitely makes up for that by getting to the hole and being efficient. That's why he's still able to be right up there with the league leaders in scoring. And he still shoots the same percent from 3 as SG#24 for LAL. At the size of Karl Malone, arguably the best PF ever.

karl malone was clearly upper body heavy. Lebron has his weight dsitrbuted.

Well if you wanna get technical, Bird never did it. Neither did McGrady. And oh yeah, SG#24 for LAL, he's never done that before either.

AI did it once, shooting a very inefficient 42%. D Wade did it once and that's his teammate.

And neither one of them did it while also making 1st team defense. Offense AND defense.

Wade did it while making 2nd team D. But again, that's his teammate.



There's only one other player in the modern era to post the arbitrary milestone that you determined in more than one season. Michael Jordan did it 3 times while making 1st team All Defense every time. Jordan, the GOAT, is the only one who tops LeBron by the standard that you just set.
