B. I’m more talking about the fact I( and many others) were saying Miles should have been the next reboot instead of Holland. Or at least let Holland be the MCU and let Miles be the Sony Spider-Man. Before everything has gotten so convoluted with Venom and Morbius.

Frankly, if I were Sony, I'd kick back and enjoy the Spiderman money coming from the MCU instead of doing this Spider Cinematic Universe shyt. Provided Tom Holland doesn't go AWOL or die, they have a solid decade or so they can get out of him (college to middle aged Spidey).
They can run with cameos with other characters in the MCU, bring back Macguire and Garfield for multiverse shenanigans, and bring in new people like Miles and SpiderGwen to keep their foot in the door in the MCU money pile.
Spiderman has and will always be the flagship of Marvel, akin to Batman in DC. He'll print out money by default, unlike Hulk. Feige and The Mouse will go far to keep the character in the fold, but Sony has to pump the brakes a bit with the hardballing. Just keep loaning the characters, play the long game, and call it a day.
