Let's keep it 100, Sony has notoriously bad launches.

Ps1 had battle arena toshiden
Ps2 had tekken tag but it wouldn't work on a ton of systems because of disc read error
Ps3 didn't have shyt for two years, almost went bankrupt, was later saved by the 4hr long mgs4
Ps4 had killzone and knack

Ps5 will feature ps4 games running in a slightly higher resolution, and of course a couple launch titles you'll forget existed by gens end. Ryse was and still is a beast tho (Tru Story)

Battle Arena Toshinden was lit nikka u buggin. PSX also had NBA Jam T.E, Ridge Racer, and Rayman. Also Street Fighter The Movie which was trash. Lol. I didn’t have any issues with Tekken Tag so I can’t speak on the disc error. But PS2 also had SSX, DOA2 Hardcore, Madden 01, Midnight Club, MOTO GP, Orphen, Ready 2 Rumble Boxing Round 2, Timesplitters, Unreal Tournament, Silent Scope, Street Fighter EX3, and Smuggler’s Run. PS3 launch was pretty trash. Best launch imo came from Sega Dreamcast.

PS2 had a good launch but yea Dreamcast had the GOAT launch. Most of the games are all time classics.

Sounds like Housemarque's newest title is going to be published by SIE, presumably as a PS5 launch title ala Resogun/PS4.

So that is:

-> Demon Soul's Remake
-> Ratchet & Clank
-> Housemarque game

For launch imo. More than enough.
