No matter what happens Marvel holds the rights to spiderman, the lease does not transfer. Same goes with Fox deal. I really didn't think a day would come where Marvel would get every character back.

Yeah they have an overall deal with Vince Gilligan. They own a piece of anything he does. BB, BCS and the miniseries he's doing for HBO.

Same thing with Seth Rogen/Evan Goldberg (Preacher, Future Man, The Boys).
