ok if that was true... then explain console sales since ps2........ how did they all stay loyal to playstation if xbox 360 clearly won?? and if xbox 1 couldn't touch ps2 in sales, then how did this happen....
obviously some ps2 users who never had an xbox said to themselves, here's a new system. i can either wait forever for a ps3, or i can buy this now, and play it until something better comes along

now on to another point i made... people don't watch e3. i've been playing games since atari and i've never once watched an e3 or paid any attention to who or what was at them. you are grouping yourself into a broad category. there is the HUGE market called casual gamers. they buy more shyt than a real gamer cause they don't know any better. they are the fools buying the new madden every year even after message boards are flooded with news about how it doesn't work. they play kinect and wii all day and don't play cod cause "the buttons are too hard"
Madden improves each year and message boards get flooded by ppl who don't play it, repeating the same dumbshyt the next man says (FACT)

Well most "gamers" do. And since this is 2013 and we well into the "internet age" you talking really prehistoric bruh. E3 has been streaming on XBL for years now. We even got Demo's direct from E3 many years ago. Everybody who is into games know about E3, just like we all knew about February 20th

but i'm just crazy... microsoft didn't plan to drop 360 first to corner the market... sony didn't learn its lesson and is trying to beat them to the punch this time... business models don't work like this in every single industry in the world.. be the first to do something and first to sell it... don't always equal the best, but it does equal days, months and years with no competition and a large market percentage
Microsoft dropped the 360 first because it was time for them to do so. They was never gonna make money on the XBOX because of how it was created.
Once there new system was ready, it launched. And it won. It wasn't some panic mode, lets quick launch!!! Should they wait for sony to be like "Yo, we good n ready now!!!" Of course not. Sony hasn't learned any lessons, all they doing is trying to imitate what M$ and Nintendo is doing. Did you see the ps4 Kinect camera
What matters is the games. What system has the best games, and has the best network to play them on. Only one currently does it right.

Sony been good to me. My launch PS3 still works like new. And my Launch PS2, which I put a mod chip in myself and almost fukked it up still works to this day too. I havent tried my ps1 but it worked till the day i unhooked it and tossed it in the closet too.
