Dont think microsoft will pull huge numbers with the scorpio since it wont be getting scorpio exclusive games .

They said that same games on scorpio will be on xbox one. So xbox one owners dont have to upgrade unless they want the bells and whistles.

current ps4 owners wont be rushing to buy the scorpio since they are already too invested in the ps4 with friends/trophies.

Not sure why nobody here plays those games (or driveclub) anymore. And when did hack n slashers like Nioh become this go to genre? I never really cared for that fukkboy shyt. They BEEN planning for this for years bruh. So a current game like Battlefield 1. You do realize the Scorpio version will be Native 4K having extra "bells n whistles" in the scorpio version. They don't need to kill the XB1 to make the Scorpio version better. Or once again, how does PC survive? Expand your mind, then you can expand your consoles power

The Scorpio is going to be for enthusiasts who make up a small amount of regular console gamers especially Xbox fans. This thing isn't going to make some real world difference. Devs aren't going to stop making deals with Sony simply because Sony has a larger slice of the market pie. There's still going to be a lack of exclusive games that make someone want an Xbox. Hell, even if you want an Xbox, you could just build a PC and play those games on PC and even there some games have cross play so it's not even like you can even use the "bububu my friends" argument.

Sony will be straight. Scorpio only stands a chance in the western market and if this is a premium console and plays the same games as the previous xbox one in the real world the only people that will give a shyt about it is the enthusiast. If scorpio was a new generation and had exclusives and was priced good then were talking possibly. But this gen the chips have been laid. I hear this talk about it being a third party machine but remember you can play the same third party titles on way cheaper alternatives which is always the ideal way for casuals.

As it has been said before microsofts problem is not a more powerful console. Microsoft should of used that Scorpio money on developing more first party studios to cement them for the next generations to come.

So Xbox gamers should not buy this superior Xbox, they should buy a pc because an equal graphics card would cost more than Scorpio itself, and the online community on pc is often garbage in comparison. Especially forthe biggest games (gears of war4, Titanfall1) Nope, forget the reasons you initially claimed why the ps4 was the worthy system. Let's act like every exclusive is exactly what you want. Im gonna buy the Xbox..but do you really feel this is untrue? This is a premium device, which will be more expensive than the rest of the consoles on the market. Tiled resources is being used in a lot of games.

It doesn't automatically turn the consoles into supercomputers or some shyt. But it's definitely a valuable technique for getting the most out of the hardware.
