It wasn't like that a few gens back and before that. But this trend is about to move into its 3rd gen of America at the forefront

that europe line was last year microsoft is really dominating more in america than europe and japan. software, yes xbox is selling more in america and europe. while the ps3 does more in japan on the software forefront

No, that euro line has been every year this entire GEN
But the real issue is sony reports systems shipped, not sold. And they wait til everyone else reports before they do. Doesn't take a genius to figure out whats really good there
You can tell the truth by the software. How can they be selling systems at a similar rate (even faster since they was a year late) but then they not selling games? Doesn't make sense, isn't true. But thats another subject. Just like how they lost 6billion last year, and will lose more this year. No, PS3 selling like hotcakes

I understand you don't really follow this stuff that closely. I do because I enjoy gaming more than just playing them. I grew up on EGM/Nintendo power n shyt. So I just generally enjoy reading things gaming related

i actually do follow it on neogaf. just because nintendo launched in us,aus,and eu first doesnt mean people in japan arent buying games.... your not understanding that scej is making more bank over in japan than us. thats what im saying yes they lost money on the playstation forefront in us but thats not a first on the other consoles and sony sells more 1st party games than they do on 3rd parties.
yes 360 has a bigger install base than ps3 but thats to be expected for a console that launched before and its easy to develop for....sony number have went up over the years shipped and sold due to the ps3 price going down. sony still sells more psps in japan than the vita does. the ps3 is the primary console in japan for hd gaming as for the 360 is the primary console for this in gen in us. In november sony surpassed 70 million units which is really good for them though still behined 360 which is to expected..... when sony loses money its from other markets other than playstation keep that in mind homie.....oh and i grew up on egm also homie trust me im not a kid that doesnt know about video games im deep in this too.
