I'm glad I got my hopes up, ND just confirmed on the gamespot live E3 interview that NOTHING was scripted. They are showing behind closed door footage of that level with the player sneaking past all the enemies and not killing anyone.

He also confirmed that even the fights and ellie's brick throwing wasn't scripted. They said she comes in to help when your really cornered or in need of help IF the situation at hand contains something she can use for distraction. They said it's just layered melee animations.
In other words, they promised that you can play the game out in different ways. Hell even the part where dude used the molotov cocktail wasn't scripted obviously. They said the A.I.
isn't scripted either so their lines won't always be the same. Game is next gen status brehs.

Idk why y'all act like this is impossible. The game will shatter expecations now that this is confirmed. GOT century.

And on that note, my hype is through the roof.

It may be true but ive bought into developer hype too many times over the years to get excited. When the game is in my hands and i see for myself then ill believe it.

So your saying they're just probably lying about how the scenarios play out?? If it couldn't be done, they would've just said the game plays out the way they wanted it to such as the way they did for Uncharted games.

Im not saying their outright lying, maybe exaggerating.

How many times have you heard 2K or EA hype up features for NBA2K and Madden and then when you get the game in your hands you find out they were full of shyt? This has happened a ton of times with different companies.

Remember Bioware saying the ME3 ending was not going to be just 1 of 3 choices no matter what you do, and that our choices throughout the 3 games would matter? And when we got the game in our hands what did we get, 3 endings that didnt show any of our prior decisions at all.

Nintendo was hyping up the online portion of Brawl, showing video of the game running smoothly with people across the country. We get the shyt at home and you can barely connect to a game at all and when you do it takes 10 minutes. Not to mention the game lags to hell and turns into a slideshow on a consistent basis.

Hell the latest Uncharted was glitched to hell in both the single and multiplayer. This was after Naughty Dog spent a year saying this was going to be their best Uncharted game and they were giving it everything they had. Now we find out that they only used half the team to make the game because the other half was making The Last of Us.

Are all those free games yours to keep or you gotta continue to subscribe to keep them for PS+?

You have to be a subscriber to keep the free games. It make sense thouigh and it still quite the deal honestly. Hell, even those titles eventually go on huge discount sales and if you feel you need them like that permanent, you can just wait till then and buy them outright if you plan to discontinue the membership.

Though VF5 is only free for the month, which is a lil bit but still make sense as it's not a 1st party game and also, at least this gives the game a lot more shine than it may have initially, as folks may know whether or not they really wanna delve deeper into the game after playing it online for a month free.
