Sony blocks X-Men Videogames from appearing on Xbox until 2036

What was the last dope X-Men game that only featured the X-Men and not other Marvel heroes? You probably pushing almost 20 years ago.

To be fair, marvel hasn't been wanting to push them cause fox owned the film right

For a long time spider-man games were trash also. Yall see how much risk Insomniac/sie are taking making these big budget comic games?

What 3rd party publisher is going to do that at this point, unless it’s EA or Ubisoft. Odds are if it wasn’t insomniac making this no one would be

Everyone saying they can use mephisto in blade video game. Idk mephisto is a huge cosmic level character and hes not only in blade comic books... Ijs... the rules are you can only use characters from that brand introduced and only used from that comic line. Thats how its supposed to work with the in game character licensing thing. Xmen has tons of characters solely on the xmen comic line blade. Not so much

And lets keep it 100. Marvel should have gave blade to sony and told them to let sucker punch develop it... With GoT epic sword fighting it would have been a no brainer

True. It's good to see a company like insomniac have control since they're known for making polished games. Not some random studio owned by ea that gets rushed into dropping a half baked game.

The spider man games aren't perfect but can't say they aren't triple a experiences. Glad the days of the amazing spider-man games are over

I hope more studios like insomniac and arkane get the opportunity to make comic book games. Stuff outside of marvel like dc and image could use a high profile title. Like The darkness 3 *cough* *cough*
