I'm in the middle of season 3. Shows kinda hit a snag for me, but Jax seems to be manning up. Started watching maybe 2 weeks ago. Enjoy it a lot, but it's obviously not Game of Thrones or BrBa level of tv. But I still fukks with it

Fam, it truly might be the most stupidly written, poorly acted, and ludicrously plotted show I have ever watched. That's including my mother's soaps. A gang of 10 done taken on every Mexican and black gang in the area, the ATF, the FBI, THE MOTHERfukkING IRA, the CIA, drug cartels, and whomever else... and they thrive?

I done seen my dude Jax swagger off his bike with those uptowns on his feet and take on 4 machine-gun-toting Mexicans with just a handgun behind a fukking dumpster and somehow the only person who got shot in the equation was a Mexican. AND THAT shyt HAPPENS REGULARLY. shyt is G.I. Joe levels of cartoonish gunplay. The dialogue is horrendous. The character development is remedial. The narrative arc for every season is shamefully the same. Agent Stahl is probably the worst written and worst acted character in tv history. When I found out she's married to the president of the F/X channel in real life, it finally made sense.

This show is pure CAC buffoonery. If there was a black equivalent it would star Shemar Moore, Darryl Bell, Flex, and Bokeem Woodbine and be on BET.

I'm on season 6 of SOA and it's cool with me, but I watch it for what it is. Just some light hearted TV viewing.

Your review is pretty spot on and hilarious. They could only get away with this with a motorcycle gang. You left out the fact that Clay (with his bad hands) and Bobby put in so much work in less than optimal condition.
