My Man. I Hunted for years wondering the same. A lot of misinformation circulated around this song making it almost an urban legend amongst fans of the Film/Song. What I know now is that Berry Gordy's Son was asked to come up with this bit for the film. In order to escape the Shadow of his Pops he came up with the Pseudonym of "Raw Dog" grabbed Charlene who is on the Soundtrack to sing backup & added to the credits of the film. It was comedy to most working on the film & they never thought to even include it on the Soundtrack. No one involved imagined this many years later, people would still remember or want this. The Bad News is there never was a full song recorded & what you see is what you get. (The version I posted is 1:15, edited audio that was ripped from a DVD. It is what it is...) The Blu-Ray extras had Kerry Gordy briefly speak on this:​

The criminal warfare ‘99 exists, the lyrics are out there. It’s likely not even any good, but I’ve heard all the other tragedy khadafi/CNN stuff, and this is the only song I can’t find or even at least listen to.

I don't even see the song on discogs...but apparently it is on "Gang Ties Soundtrack" & "King Pin LP"
