Thugs Calm Down wasn't a Firm Leftover but Triple Threat was.
Awhile back I threw together a Comp of all the Unreleased, Leftovers & B-Sides. (Triple Threat is on there)

"Thugs Calm Down" has appeared on 3 different projects. The first time it was released as "Calm Down" as a B-Side on the Capone-N-Noreaga "Capone Bone" VLS which featured Tragedy Khadafi. Capone -N- Noreaga - Capone Bone / Calm Down (1997) Later E Moneybags released a version on his Mixtape with himself, Nas & Noreaga. E Moneybags - In E Moneybags We Trust (1999) In '06 Tragedy Khadafi would put it on his "Thug Matrix 2" album Tragedy Khadafi - Thug Matrix 2 which was identical to the Capone-N-Noreaga version except he talks some at the beginning of the track.
