It was back when Views (2016) was going to be released in early 2015 but was delayed and we got It You're Reading This instead.

The lyrics were: "Who are they, who is me, who am I, ballin' out, swear I used to be shy"

and something else like "and she get more paper than I do that shyt attractive, where Jen and Melissa? Tell the squad I said what's up girl"

Think this was leaked around September 2014 then 6god dropped right after this

As far as I know there was never a Head Of State Instrumental. There is no Discogs listing.
Sorry, I don't have any of the Mixtapes. I'll keep my eyes on the lookout...​
